Year 3 of our Strategic Plan is well under way. The Themes for this year are
Financial Growth, Educational Developement, School Growth, Governance and Leadership, and Facility and Property. Under Financial Growth we are looking into the tuition structure including tuition assistance. We are also examining our transportation strategy under School Growth. A 5 year Maintenance Plan is being developed for the school and we are also looking into a plan for upgrading the property outside. Lots of exciting things going on at OCS.
