Hi everyone,
hopefully I've been in touch with each family signed on to the black team with a few preliminary details of the second annual walkathon.
We'll be holding our first team meeting towards the end of November (details to come!

) in order to go over last year's event and brainstorm a bit.
In meantime, I'll post the areas of commitment that each family will be able to sign on to in order to make the walkathon a success - please prayerfully take a look over these responsibilities and decide where you can best serve;
1. Contacting sponsors
2. Locating/Collecting prizes
3. Registration forms
4. Public relations - with the school/students, OSMH, local papers, etc.
5. Site Management - locate and secure site
6. Hospitality - running the event, food prep, etc. on May 10th
